Do you want to work practically in the field and be part of where new knowledge takes shape? As a temporary trial technician with us, you will be part of an engaged team that conducts and follows up field trials from start to finish. The work is practical and varied.

In this role, you will work with everything from sowing and plant protection to grading, measurements, sampling, and harvesting. No day is the same – weather, crops, and the different phases of the trials make the work both diverse and educational.

The position is a full-time temporary position from April 20 to October 31, 2026, and is located at our trial farm Klostergården in Vreta Kloster, where you will work in a knowledgeable and collaborative environment focused on quality and development.

Qualifications

To thrive with us and succeed in the role, you need the following

You have:

• relevant education in the agricultural sector or equivalent experience from the workforce

• interest in crop cultivation in Sweden

• B driver's license

• computer skills and can handle the Office suite

A BE driver's license and the ability to handle chemical preparations are advantageous.

You are:

• meticulous and work with a strong focus on details

• proactive and take responsibility for independently performing your tasks with high quality

• creative and practical in solving problems and overcoming obstacles

• interested in weeds, fungal diseases, or plant nutrition

• easy to collaborate with.
